Standard: Our basic service provides routine maintenance and access to our call-out services, 24-hours a day. All call-out charges will apply.

Comprehensive: This advanced option includes the benefits of standard level, but also covers call-out and labour charges.

Premium: For the optimum deal, we offer a full servicing including call-out and labour charges, plus replacement parts for normal wear and tear.

Comprehensive and Premium packages include engineer call-out charges within the contract price for equipment break down or failure. 

CCTV Check-Ups

It couldn’t be easier to keep your security system up-to-date and well-maintained. Our experts carry out comprehensive checks including the following:

  • Checking history of CCTV system since last maintenance service
  • Visually inspecting all major CCTV components including cabling and connections for signs of deterioration or damage
  • Checking operation of CCTV control equipment (monitors, DVR (Digital Video Recorders), Network Video Recorder or PC)
  • Checking operation of PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras and adjust as required
  • Cleaning cameras, lenses and housings as necessary
  • Checking lenses for correct field of view and adjust as necessary
  • Testing remote signal equipment
  • Checking recording and playback quality
  • Checking the satisfactory transmission of images to remote centre
  • Re-training the users on the use of the CCTV system (if required)
  • Logging all test results
  • Returning the CCTV system to operational status
